RGV Dutch Oven Cookers (RGVDOCS) in McAllen is a chapter of  the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society (LSDOS) and our goal is to teach, demonstrate, and preserve the art of Dutch Oven Cooking while eating some good food along the way.

If you attend our Dutch Oven Gatherings (DOGS) we trust you will have a good time and share in the great food. We are located right here in McAllen but sponsor Dutch Oven Gatherings (DOGS) all over the Rio Grande Valley. Our chapter has no dues but we encourage you to join LSDOS and a portion of your LSDOS membership comes back to our chapter to help support our operations.
