RGVDOCs MAY 2024 DOG - Bill Schupp Park - McAllen

With a hot day in the forecast we met up at 7:30 for an early start to beat the heat.  This was Stuart's first DOG with us and he got started on a Sausage Jambalaya.  

Homer, who loves baking, prepared a Blueberry Cake along with baked chicken with new potatoes and carrots.

Randy prepared some boneless bbq pork ribs, and biscuits.

We were joined by Randy's wife, Sylvia, and two of Stuart's friends, Clint and Maggie.  Everyone ate their fill and shared lots of good stories.  Sylvia is not in the picture as she was our professional photographer.  LOL
